Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen delivery method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. We currently offer shipping across the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in process, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
